Dokumeds Ltd. is a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that provides services to the pharmaceutical companies through organization and administration of clinical trials projects. Dokumeds is a part of a strategic alliance of locally operating CROs from various European countries (the AcrossAlliance) to offer and perform international clinical trials at a high professional level in respect of the international project management.

Our services in collaboration with the AcrossAlliance can be provided in Eastern-, Central- and Southern Europe.

Dokumeds is ISO 9001:2000 certified in the International Project Management as a part of the AcrossAlliance.

Our company has been operating in the field of clinical trials for almost 15 years, founded in 1995, which was one of the first CROs in the Baltics.

Dokumeds has established excellent and long-lasting relations with the national Competent Authorities, Ethics Committees, national key opinion leaders and investigators.

The extensive national know-how ensures Dokumeds ability to easily handle country specific procedures and comply with the national requirements to assure successful conduct of clinical trials.

Currently Dokumeds is the largest and most experienced local CRO in the Baltics.

Our employees work according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Dokumeds and sponsors' standard operating procedures (SOP), and all the appropriate legislation issued in the Baltic States and European Union.

Dokumeds main office is located in Riga, Latvia. We are operating also in: Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.
